If you arrive late for your session, you will only have the remaining time of your allocated session.
Cancellations or amendments to bookings must be made with a minimum of 72 hours notice of the session. Failure to attend or cancelling within the 72 hours notice period will result in the full amount being charged. Refunds will only be given if cancelled before the 72 hours notice of initial booking. Refunds will not be given after this time only amendments can be made. We will only reschedule your date twice, free of charge. Bookings made by credit card will incur a cancellation fee.
